The combination will increase offerings,
streamline operations and speed innovation
WASHINGTON DC
(December 12, 2006) - Orchid Suites, Inc. and e-angel LLC today announced
that the companies have entered into a definitive agreement to merge.
Orchid Suites, Inc.(http://www.orchidsuites.net), a woman-owned software
development firm specializing in websuite technology that gives organizations in
target markets online solutions for growth and revenue generation, is merging
with e-angel LLC, an equally innovative web services organization providing
technology solutions that enhance the operations of small to medium sized
businesses and nonprofit organizations through next generation technology and
Internet services. The two companies will operate under the name Orchid Suites.
Orchid Suites works primarily with partners including web designers,
advertising agencies and Internet strategists - giving them a predictable,
flexible and powerful web interface that automates the practice of custom
building websites. In addition, the company offers a unique content sharing
capability called "suites" where connected websites can share content and
branding - ideal for franchising, advocacy and reaching target groups through
microsites. Tanya Renne, CEO of Orchid Suites, is pleased about the merger as it
will "give both of our clients an increased level of service and opportunity and
expand our offerings significantly."
Franck Goron, CEO of e-angel LLC,
brings both business and technology savvy to the company along with a team of
talented analysts. He worked at Oracle Corporation and opened one of the first
web technology firms in Paris, France before founding e-angel. He strongly
believes that the "merger is a logical next step that creates substantial value
for customers and stockholders of both e-angel and Orchid Suites." Franck added,
"We are already hard at work leveraging each other's strengths to create a new
line of innovative web services."
The portfolio of the combined
companies will include over 75 progressive political parties nationwide, a host
of associations including the Washington International Trade Association, the
American Small Business Coalition, the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of
Commerce, and partners including Omni Studios and Members Only Software.

individually if their contract requires a name transfer from e-angel to Orchid

want to have a common set of services and prices for all of our customers. As
soon as we make final decisions that we can share, we will communicate them
clearly.
